Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) once your order confirmation email has been received.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT – London) will be processed on the next business day.

UK Deliveries
We primarily ship UK orders via Royal Mail.
While our delivery estimates are accurate in most cases, occasional postal delays, peak periods, or local disruptions may affect delivery times.

DPD Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
For a faster delivery option, we also provide DPD delivery, which includes:
- Delivery from Monday to Friday
- Signature required upon delivery
DPD Exclusion Zones:
DPD delivery is unavailable for the following UK postcodes:
AB, BT, DD8–10, FK8, FK17–21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30–41, TR20–25, ZE
Customers in these areas will receive their orders via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class instead.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide — including to the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and most EU countries.
Customs & Duties:
- EU Customers: All VAT, duties, and import fees are fully covered — you won’t face any extra border charges.
- Non-EU Customers: Import taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for details.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to security checks and customs delays.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During busy seasons and public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely arrival.
